* Exercise twice a week for 20 minutes
* No snacking in-between meals and snacks
* Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
* Allow myself 1 coke a week.
* Eat at least 5 fruit/veggies per day.
* Track what I eat daily - even weekends!
* Have take-out only twice a month
* Eat fish 3 times a week
* Drink 1 cup of green tea per day
