Weekend update

Let's recap on the past week's progress with my goals:

  • Exercise twice a week for 20 minutes - Did 60 minutes for the week!
  • No snacking in-between meals and snacks - :-(
  • Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day - DONE
  • Allow myself 1 coke a week - had more:-(
  • Eat at least 5 fruit/veggies per day - Most days. But still some way to go.
  • Track what I eat daily - even weekends - DONE
  • Have take-out only twice a month - DONE. None left for the next almost 2 weeks.
  • Eat fish 3 times a week - Only twice this past week.
  • Drink 1 cup of green tea per day - DONE

    Thanks Kat. I think I can do better, but some progress is better than NO progress!
