Let's recap on the past week's progress with my goals:
- Exercise twice a week for 20 minutes - Did 60 minutes for the week!
- No snacking in-between meals and snacks - :-(
- Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day - DONE
- Allow myself 1 coke a week - had more:-(
- Eat at least 5 fruit/veggies per day - Most days. But still some way to go.
- Track what I eat daily - even weekends - DONE
- Have take-out only twice a month - DONE. None left for the next almost 2 weeks.
- Eat fish 3 times a week - Only twice this past week.
- Drink 1 cup of green tea per day - DONE
