Eating went quite well today.
CK set my calorie target at 2,000 and it was not difficult to stay within that limit. I might reduce it if I don't see results.
My meals for the day:
- Breakfast: weetabix with skim milk
- Morning snack: 5 apricots
- Lunch: low Gi bread with left-over roast lamb with mayonnaise
- Afternoon snack: apple
- Supper: left-over roast lamb with pumpkin, corn bread and salad
- Evening snack: skittles and a milo bar
I also had 2 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea during the day - each using 1/4 cup 2% milk (no skim milk at work).
I didn't do a workout today.
Goals:
- Exercise twice a week for 20 minutes - outstanding
- No snacking in-between meals and snacks - DONE
- Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day - DONE!
- Allow myself 1 coke a week - DONE!
- Eat at least 5 fruit/veggies per day DONE!
- Track what I eat daily - even weekends! DONE!
- Have take-out only twice a month DONE!
- Eat fish 3 times a week - outstanding
- Drink 1 cup of green tea per day DONE!
