A nice day!

Eating went quite well today.

CK set my calorie target at 2,000 and it was not difficult to stay within that limit. I might reduce it if I don't see results.

My meals for the day:

  • Breakfast: weetabix with skim milk
  • Morning snack: 5 apricots
  • Lunch: low Gi bread with left-over roast lamb with mayonnaise
  • Afternoon snack: apple
  • Supper: left-over roast lamb with pumpkin, corn bread and salad
  • Evening snack: skittles and a milo bar
I also had 2 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea during the day - each using 1/4 cup 2% milk (no skim milk at work).

I didn't do a workout today.

Goals:

  • Exercise twice a week for 20 minutes - outstanding
  • No snacking in-between meals and snacks - DONE
  • Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day - DONE!
  • Allow myself 1 coke a week - DONE!
  • Eat at least 5 fruit/veggies per day DONE!
  • Track what I eat daily - even weekends! DONE!
  • Have take-out only twice a month DONE!
  • Eat fish 3 times a week - outstanding
  • Drink 1 cup of green tea per day DONE!
