Woohoo! I am down to 197,12 pounds! That is a loss of 1,3 pounds from last week's 198,44 pounds!
Now the trick is to remain steadfast and not to celebrate so much that I go overboard on eating again!

I bet you could easily find a non-food way to celebrate. :)
