Just going with the flow

What in heaven's name was I thinking starting a dieting challenge just before Xmas???

What a silly idea that was.

Anyways, will restart after new year, but for now I am just going with the flow....

Meals for the day:

  • Meal 1: Grapes (didn't feel like having breakfast)
  • Meal 2: Grapes
  • Meal 3: tuna salad with tomato
  • Meal 4: 2 peaches
  • Meal 5: salmon and prawn linguine
  • Meal 6: chocolate and chips
I really am excellent until after supper! After that I break down what I had built the whole day:-( I need to find something that keeps me busy after supper time and not just sit in front of the TV and eat!

    Dinner sounds divine but yeah...after dinner is what will get you!

    I have to keep busy - sitting w/dh & watching tv leads us to getting the munchies. A cup of hot tea really, truly does make a big difference but some nights it just doesn't cut it. I have to ride the bike, get on the computer, read a book, play a Wii game...anything but just watch tv. Just isn't enough to hold me I guess!

    It is super hard to get started during the holidays. I am hoping to hold steady on my weigh in this week.

    Lynn, we seem to be birds of a feather. My hands and my mind need to be occupied otherwise I reach for something to snack on.
