Day 13 of my 3-month challenge

Oh boy, I am nearing the middle of the first month of my 3-month challenge and no progress yet!

The day didn't go too badly.

Aunty flo came and made me feel like I haven't slept in ages. I got home after work and plonked down on the couch and that is where I stayed for the rest of the evening. I had planned a nice 20 minute swiss ball workout, but nothing came off it.

Meals:

  • Meal 1: 1 cup bran cereal with skim milk
  • Meal 2: Apple
  • Meal 3: 200 ml low fat yogurt with brussel sprouts
  • Meal 4: Banana
  • Meal 5: sausage and potato chips
  • Meal 6: gingerbread biscuit

    It sounds like we may be on the same schedule...my cramps are not fun today...
    I am really going to have to push myself to exercise today. I am finishing up a 3 month challenge ( steve's Hot 100 at logmyloss.com) and I spent the first two months at the same weight. I know how frustrating that can be. Hang in there. I am glad I found your blog...:-)

    Kat, what a relief to hear about someone else stuck at the same weight for so long! So, there is hope for me... I will have a look at the challenge you participated in!
