Felt a bit depressed again, but Aunty Flo is almost on her way out so my mood is sure to improve!
Meals:
- Meal 1: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
- Meal 2: Banana
- Meal 3: Yogurt and wholewheat biscuits
- Meal 4: Apple
- Meal 5: Sausage, potato and cherry tomatoes served with bread
- Meal 6: Coke and 2 bites of chocolate.
Again, no exercise.
I think I should start weighing daily again, I was definitely doing much better while doing that.
