I was totally depressed the whole day - PMS, but it felt horrible. Nothing made me smile, nothing made me feel good.
Meals:
- Meal 1: Cornmeal Tart
- Meal 2: Banana
- Meal 3: Cornmeal Tart and apple
- Meal 4: Mini chocolate
- Meal 5: Chicken Pallao
- Meal 6: Jelly and custard.
My new neighbour could become problemsome. She keeps on sending me desserts and food! I don't make desserts since I am not supposed to eat it, but when it just keeps coming the temptation levels skyrocket! I also had two cans of cola.
No exercise again - work is just too hectic.
