Meals for the day:
- Meal 1: low Gi toast
- Meal 2: Pear
- Meal 3: Strawberries and wholewheat biscuits
- Meal 4: Wholewheat biscuits
- Meal 5: Mashed potato and chicken
- Meal 6: Left-over chicken
I didn't go to the gym - was on a seminar the whole day.
I am not focused at all. I have a major decision to make regarding my future. I want to study further next year - MBA or CFA or Masters in Economics and I just cannot get myself to decide!!! And it is bugging me so much I cannot sleep, I cannot focus on eating right or exercising.
