Daily tracking - 12 Nov 2009

NOT a good day as far as meals were concerned. I did really well - until after supper:-(

  • Meal 1: 2 slices low GI bread with avo
  • Meal 2: Apple
  • Meal 3: 2 slices low GI bread with cold meat, tomato and cheese
  • Meal 4: peanut butter
  • Meal 5: Scrambled egg, cold meat and corn
  • Meal 6: potato chips, chocolate
No exercise again. I am getting lazy!
