Meals for the day:

  • Meal 1: Soy smoothie and wholewheat biscuits
  • Meal 2: Apple
  • Meal 3: Chicken salad
  • Meal 4: Apple
  • Meal 5: cold meat sandwich with corn, cheese and tomato
  • Meal 6: small chocolate and watermelon
No enough protein.

No gymming.
